SHIPPING

As I print and pack everything myself, please allow up to a week for your orders to be printed, packed and dispatched.

Delivery is via Royal Mail to both UK addresses and EU addresses with Royal Mail International Tracked. I also ship to the rest of the world using Royal mail International Tracked.

UK ORDERS - Royal Mail (2-3 Business Days)

A dispatch email will be sent to your email address once the order is in the post. Please allow up to 7 days from this for UK orders before contacting me if your order has not arrived. I will try my best to look into any issues for you but unfortunately, I cannot accept any responsibility for orders that have been either damaged or are missing due to Royal Mail and the best point of call is to contact Royal Mail Customer Service if this happens.

EU ORDERS - Royal Mail International Tracked (3-7 Business Days)

A dispatch email will be sent to your email address once the order is in the post. Please allow up to 14 days from this for EU orders before contacting me if your order has not arrived. I will try my best to look into any issues for you but unfortunately, I cannot accept any responsibility for orders that have been either damaged or are missing due to Royal Mail and the best point of call is to contact Royal Mail Customer Service if this happens. Please be aware - buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply and I am not responsible for any delays due to customs.

US & CANADA ORDERS - Royal Mail International Tracked (6-7 Business Days)

I will try my best to look into any issues for you but unfortunately, I cannot accept any responsibility for orders that have been either damaged or are missing due to Royal Mail and the best point of call is to contact Royal Mail Customer Service if this happens. Please be aware - I have tried to absorb as many of the custom fees into the final amount at checkout however extra customs and import fees may occur when the parcel arrives in your country and I am unfortunately not responsible for paying these or any delays that may be caused by these.

Please be aware that over the festive period there are inevitable delays with Royal Mail and unfortunately I am not responsible for these. Please try and order early on to avoid disappointment. RETURNS

I hope that any order that you make arrives to you exactly as you wanted. If there are any issues with your order, or it has not arrived as expected, please contact me via my email at florencepoppydesigns@gmail.com and I can let you know if a return or exchange is possible. Please note, if a return is possible then I will not be responsible for return postage costs.
